Payment

For your convenience we accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and Care Credit.  We offer a 5% courtesy discount when fees are paid in full by cash or check on or before the day the treatment is started.  We also offer a 10% senior citizen discount for all of our patients age 62 and over. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE. Some procedures require a down payment 2 days prior to the appointment.  Accounts past due more than 90 days may incur interest charges and no services will be rendered by this office (appointments or prescription refills) until the balance is paid in full.

Insurance

Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company, the doctor is not involved.  As a courtesy, we will bill indemnity (PPO) insurance plans directly.  Any co-payment and/or co-insurance or deductible is payable at the time of service.

Financing

We offer some financing options that can be discussed in detail with our financial manager. One financing plan we offer is Care Credit. Care Credit is an interest free plan available to all patients. Different plans are available and you may receive 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months interest free when applying for this card.
