Sheila has enjoyed working for Dr. Rossen since 1991. She has extensive experience in patient relations, billing, insurance and overall flow of the dental office.  

She is married and has two daughters.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.

Lisa has been blessed to work with her dad since 2003.

When she's not at the office coordinating the appointment schedule, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2 lab mixes. She and Chris have attended numerous concerts, sporting events, and love a good movie. Lisa is also a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant and enjoys spending time with her clients.

Debbie has worked in the dental field for over 20 years and has enjoyed working with Dr. Rossen since 2000.  She helps our patients with all their insurance and payment options.

She has one son in college.  In her spare time she loves to spend time walking with friends, gardening, reading and spoiling her two pet schnauzers.

Brooke is married to Dr. Rossen's oldest son and has enjoyed working as an administrative assistant for him for almost 3 years. 

She has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and is working on her master's degree in social work.  She enjoys hanging out with her husband Steve and two labs, Gracie and Cola.  Her smiling face is the first one you will see when you come into the office!

Trish has been with Dr. Rossen since 1999 and has been helping patients take care of their smiles for over 15 years.

When not in the office, she enjoys creating a healthcare software business with her husband, spending time with their two children, and playing the piano (to keep her fingers exercised, of course!).

Molly has been with Dr. Rossen since 2000. She enjoys getting to know the patients and families on a personal level. 

Molly has been married since 1989 and has two teenage sons.  She keeps busy going to her boys sporting events and sometimes finds time for herself just relaxing.  Molly loves a good romantic comedy and relishes her country living.  She has two dogs, three cats, a fluctuating number of horses and lots of wildlife out in Pilot Point.  Most days Molly delights in her quiet time on the drive into work. Molly is a member and volunteer youth counselor at Midway Baptist Church in Aubrey.

Jennifer has worked with Dr. Rossen since 1997. She started in dentistry during high school as a part-time job, in order to make sure it was the field she wanted to invest her time and energy into.

She has been married since 1999. She has no children, but enjoys mentoring teenagers.  She looks forward to many more years with her family, co-workers, and patients.

Marcy has enjoyed working with Dr. Rossen since 2002.

She has lived in The Colony since 1990. She loves watching and playing sports, boating, camping, reading, cooking, and spending time with her kids and friends.

Elisa has been working with Dr. Rossen since 2000 and has been in the dental field for 20 years. 

When she is not at the office she enjoys spending time with her grandson and taking her dog on long walks.  She is bilingual and really makes our Spanish speaking patients feel at ease!

Izabela was born in Poland and immigrated to the US in 1983. She lived in San Antonio and then moved to the Dallas metroplex in 1989. She is married and has 2 kids, a son and a daughter.

Following in the footsteps of her  sister, she became a dental assistant in 1999. As she has gained more knowledge about dentistry and personally experienced it as a patient, she has come to love the profession. She loves it because it’s fun and she feels very fulfilled when helping patients.
